Numerous points of light can be seen flickering in the blue sky at night. We call these stars. Although it looks like a dot, the mass of some stars is a thousand times greater than that of the Sun. However, now we will know some information about the stars which isunknown to many of us. The star is basically a fiery furnace made up of gas and dust. Scientists believe that they were created by a big bang. At the beginning of the formation of these stars, there were cold hydrogen, helium and other atoms all over the vast area of space and these are called dust clouds. The dust cloud contained about 75% hydrogen, 24% helium and 1% other gases including carbon, nitrogen, oxygen. However, these stars also die. We know that every object needs energy to move. And to supply these energy we need food, petrol, diesel etc. in mechanical machines. Hydrogen also provides energy to the stars . Stars have two parts. One is the core or the inner part which is called the core and the other is the outer part. Although the temperature inside is more than one million degrees Celsius , the temperature inside is only a few thousand degrees Celsius . Fusion reactions do not occur there as the outside temperature is low. When the fusion reaction of the inner part is over, the external pressure generated in the core decreases and the contraction due to the gravitational attraction ball increases. That is, the force of attraction prevails and the contraction of the core continues.
As the mass of stars decreases, the concentration and temperature of the core increases due to compression as the hydrogen fuel decreases and the outer part expands. However, the temperature of the main part does not increase ahamri. As the outside temperature decreases, the radiation emitted from the surface of the star turns red, which is called red giant. Gradually its outer covering breaks down which is called whitedwarf . As the brightness of the white dwarf star diminishes, it turns into a black dwarf and dies.
But the more massive the stars, the more the shrinkage occurs when the hydrogen fuel decreases, and the more the temperature rises. In this case the temperature reaches around 100 million degrees Celsiusand the fusion reaction starts in the helium nucleus. The three helium nuclei then form carbon nuclei through fusion reactions and emit a lot of energy. Then the pressure inside the core increases and the outer sheath expands and expands. The star is also slowly getting brighter. The temperature of the outer part also decreases and the star turns red. In this case the star is called the red giant or the very red giant star. When the Sun reaches this stage after running out of hydrogen fuel, the size of the Sun will increase so much that it will consume Mercury, Venus, Earth and Mars. According to scientists, this condition is still 600 billion years away
